Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Miracle Hills, Omaha. You will greet residents and visitors, manage communications at the front desk, and support a friendly, professional community environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma/GED (preferred) and 6 months related experience. Strong customer service, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills are essential. This role is part-time with Sunday and Monday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Direct calls and take messages; maintain professional lobby.
• Manage reception area communications internally and externally.
• Keep lobby clean and presentable daily.
• Provide accurate information in person and by phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
• Assist all associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds for security procedures.
