Sagora's Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Miracle Hills in Omaha is hiring a part-time Concierge. You will greet residents and visitors, manage the front desk, and ensure professional communications by phone and email. Provide information and support while maintaining security rounds as needed.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, multitasking, and confidentiality, with a schedule limited to Sundays and Mondays, at a community focused on Residents First.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area and telephone/mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist associates at the front desk as needed.
• Conduct rounds for security procedures and respond to emergencies.
