Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly greet residents and visitors, manage front desk operations, and support communication across departments. This role emphasizes high-quality customer service and a welcoming environment in a senior living community.

Responsibilities include answering calls, guiding guests, keeping the lobby tidy, and assisting staff. A HS diploma and 6 months related experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth within Sagora's collaborative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related concierge/related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception area to ensure professional image and communication.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around the community for security procedures.
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
