Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background health screening and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Support sales by directing inquiries, tours, and creating a positive experience for residents and guests.
• Answer calls promptly and provide accurate information or route to appropriate team member.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, events, and resident services to respond to inquiries.
