MBK Senior Living is hiring a full-time Concierge to welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism. You will support sales, answer inquiries, and coordinate tours, while assisting with daily reception tasks. The role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards within a compassionate senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background and health screenings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects with a friendly, professional manner.
• Direct inquiries, coordinate tours, and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Answer calls promptly and direct to the right team member.
• Assist residents and families, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Stay informed about daily activities and services to share information proactively.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain an organized reception area.
• Maintain safety and comply with regulations and company policies.
