Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Lead Concierge to oversee the Concierge desk, deliver seamless customer service, and mentor frontline staff. You will shape the community's hospitality culture, train the team on soft skills, and ensure a consistently positive experience for residents, families, and guests.

The role requires prior front desk or hospitality experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front desk role.
• Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and training to Concierge team members on community policies and service standards.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, relay messages, and support department heads with clerical tasks.
• Coach team on professional etiquette, empathetic communication, and problem solving to resolve inquiries.
• Monitor service quality and provide feedback to maintain hospitality standards.
• Handle higher-level administrative duties such as payments, budget tracking, and event support.
