Job summary

Ascension Living is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to support Via Christi Village Manhattan in Kansas. You will develop relationships with residents, families, and professionals, pursuing referrals and guiding leads through the sales process.

In this full-time role, you’ll manage leads, deliver presentations, close sales, and help maintain occupancy and revenue goals in line with our marketing plans and community objectives. Collaboration with the team is essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years related experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in sales for senior living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual sales goals and targets, developing relationships with residents, families, and referral sources.
• Manages leads, presentations, closing sales, and monthly occupancy goals.
• Plans and executes monthly prospect/referral events with the sales team.
• Collaborates with community management to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
