Job summary

Ascension Living is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the administration of Via Christi Village Manhattan in Manhattan, KS. This full-time role focuses on achieving financial and resident goals while ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.

You will manage budgeting, resource allocation, staff coordination and daily facility operations, with emphasis on maintaining high-quality resident care and performance standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of cumulative experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience (or 7 years of applicable experience).
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation by planning, implementing, managing and adhering to financial and resident goals.
• Forecast, budget and allocate resources; align monetary resources with strategic marketing goals.
• Maintain operational data and report expenditures to leadership.
• Assume daily responsibility for facility functions within licensure limits.
• Address conflicts regarding residents, operations, and staff.
