Brookdale Derby Assisted Living in Seattle is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow community occupancy. You will guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in, and collaborate with local professionals to generate referral leads.

You will partner with leadership to develop sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy goals, with a base plus commission structure and performance bonuses. Experience in senior living is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation.
