Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or combination of education and progressive sales experience.
• Two years of experience working with audiences of all sizes and demographics.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts at the community level to maximize bed occupancy through lead cultivation and outreach.
• Cultivate resident leads via referrals, outreach, and advertising in partnership with marketing staff.
• Track and report all sales activity using technology tools.
