Sodalis Senior Living is seeking a Community Sales Director in Jacksonville, FL to drive occupancy through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship building with residents, families, and referral sources. You will plan monthly prospect activities and partner with regional sales to execute marketing plans.

You will work with the VP of Sales & Marketing and/or Executive Director to achieve occupancy goals, coordinate joint activities with sister communities, and coach staff on sales

Qualificações

• Advanced computer literacy to manage records and sales processes.
• Advanced hospitality skills to engage residents and families.
• Innovative and enthusiastic mindset with drive to achieve goals.
• Goal-oriented with ability to impact sales outcomes.
• 2 years of senior living sales experience or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains/improves occupancy levels per community marketing plans.
• Closes sales by assisting residents, families, and advisors; responds promptly to inquiries.
• Uses sales processes, systems, and reports to track data and achieve occupancy goals.
• Conducts outside business development calls to generate professional leads.
