Holiday by Atria - Greenwood Terrace in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of both shared community areas and individual resident apartments, ensuring a sanitary environment for all residents.

The role includes both general housekeeping tasks, meal service to residents, and following established safety protocols. The wage range for this position is competitive, offering $16.50 to $19.80 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Community interior including residents’ apartments in a clean and sanitary manner.
• Provide general housekeeping including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning shared community spaces.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and courteously.
