Job summary

Holiday by Atria is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the Community interior and residents' apartments in a clean, sanitary, and courteous manner.

Responsibilities include general housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning entryways, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios), laundry, and following sanitation procedures. You may also assist with server duties, greeting residents and serving meals.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills are required.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community interiors and residents' apartments in a clean, sanitary, and courteous manner.
• Provide general housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, cleaning entryways, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and apartments.
• Launder linens and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• May perform server duties: greet residents, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and reset tables.
