Holiday by Atria - Walnut Woods is seeking an attentive Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments and common areas in a clean, sanitary condition while delivering friendly service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, food service support, and adherence to sanitation procedures. The role offers a benefits package and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community interior and resident apartments in a clean, sanitary manner.
• Provide general housekeeping for the community and apartments (vacuum, dust, clean entry, common areas).
• Clean and check heat system filters, replace linens, turn mattress, manage supplies.
• Launder linens in on-site facilities.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Greet residents and guests, take orders, and serve beverages and meals.
• Serve meals, clear tables, and reset for next meal.
• May perform other duties as needed.
