Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director (Community Specialist) to lead occupancy and revenue for our senior living communities. You will manage the sales funnel, coordinate with referrals, and guide leasing through construction to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate has proven sales results, excellent communication and leadership, and the ability to work independently and with teams. Some travel may be required to grow opportunities across communities.

Responsibilities

• Manages all occupancy and revenue goals for the community
• Utilizes Salesforce to manage sales funnels, conversion ratios, and move-in metrics
• Seeks new opportunities to expand referral sources
• Makes daily outbound calls to prospects to schedule visits and tours
• Oversees leasing on-site during construction and conducts tours for future residents
