Atria Senior Living's Sugar Land, TX community seeks an Executive Director to lead daily operations with full profit and loss responsibility. You will recruit, train and supervise a high-performing team across sales, care, hospitality, and resident engagement, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration and 3–5 years in operations management, plus a valid driver's license and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management with proven financial and sales outcomes.
• Ability to become licensed as an administrator for assisted living where required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community's day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team of 65–80 staff.
• Develop and implement sales and operating strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and capital needs; liaise with Support Center as needed.
• Represent the community in local activities and drive resident referrals.
