Atria Senior Living, Inc. seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations with full profit and loss responsibility, recruiting and supervising a high-performing leadership team across sales, care, hospitality and resident engagement.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, safety, budgeting, labor and occupancy growth, and active engagement with residents, families and the local community to deliver exceptional service and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related subject.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management with proven success in meeting financial and sales goals.
• Ability to become licensed as an administrator for assisted living where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of sales and operations strategies for the community.
• Regularly communicate performance with the Regional Vice President.
• Partner with Community Sales Director to assess competitive threats and engage in sales calls.
• Understand the community's care regulations and support the resident care program with the Resident Services Director.
• Develop and implement strategies for labor, occupancy growth, revenue growth, expense control and quality of services.
• Ensure adherence to the Residents' Bill of Rights and safety standards.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff; manage teams of 65–80.
• Assess resident needs in staffing levels.
• Operate the community per Company policies and regulations.
• Assist in developing operational budgets and capital requirements.
• Act as liaison between field operations and Support Center.
• Remain active in local community activities and resident referrals.
• Review construction and preventative maintenance; perform other duties as needed.
