The role involves planning and coordinating annual and special events, managing vendor proposals, and supporting the CSO Board with event budgets and calendars.

Qualifications

• Computer skills and experience with event software.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all annual and special community events.
• Coordinate vendors for on-site social events and present proposals to the CSO Board.
• Serve as staff liaison and provide administrative support to volunteer committees.
• Prepare written financial reports and future event proposals as needed.
