Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience including line cook or prep cook roles.
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and preparation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, cuts, prepares and cooks meat, fish or poultry to safe temps.
• Prepares items according to menus and dietary requirements.
• Bakes breads, rolls and pastries; portions and serves food.
• Maintains cleanliness of galley equipment and work areas.
