Job summary

Ebenezer's Pillars of Hermantown in northern Minnesota seeks a Chef / Cook responsible for preparing meals per recipes, meeting IDDSI texturized diet standards, and maintaining sanitation. Schedule includes 7:00am-5:30pm or 8:30am-7:00pm on weekdays, with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in food service.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food Handlers certification within 90 days (ANAB-CFP accredited).
• Ability to supervise kitchen staff in supervisor's absence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to specified temperatures using standardized recipes.
• Assemble meals and bakery items within designated time frames and assist with events.
• Prepare texturized diets per IDDSI standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment and proper handling of pots and pans.
