Job summary

Northbridge Communities in Wayland, MA is seeking a Chef / Cook to prepare meals for residents with high culinary standards. The shift runs 6am-2:30pm Thursday through Sunday, and the role is full-time with full benefits.

Work with the Culinary Director to design menus residents will love, keep the kitchen clean, and maintain safety and quality. Prior kitchen experience and ability to communicate in English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of menu planning and diverse cooking methods.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Commitment to high quality standards and food safety.
