The Northbridge Companies are seeking a Chef / Cook to join our senior living culinary team. This full-time role runs 6am–2:30pm Thursday through Sunday, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits as part of our caring hospitality culture.

You will work with the Culinary Director to plan menus, cook to high standards, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and contribute creative dishes that residents love. Prior kitchen experience and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Know how to plan menus, prepare food, and use different cooking methods.
• Organize time well and pay attention to details.
• Commit to maintaining high-quality standards and food safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Cook food following established standards and guidelines.

• Come up with new dishes that residents will enjoy.
