Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Chef for The Residence at Pearl Street in Reading, MA to deliver restaurant-style dining and outstanding resident service.

You will work with the Culinary Services Director and culinary staff, follow recipes, manage kitchen duties, and help with special events while maintaining safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Serve Safe Certification required.
• 1–3 years experience as a cook in hospitality/healthcare setting.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and production guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Collaborate with Culinary Services Director and Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with dining programs.
• Assist Culinary Director with supervision of culinary staff.
