Job summary

LCB Senior Living in Natick, MA is hiring part-time cooks to support dining services at The Residence at Natick South. You will help prepare meals, maintain kitchen standards and promote a warm, restaurant-style dining experience for residents.

Experience in healthcare or hospitality is preferred; Serve Safe certification is required. A great team, benefits from Day One for associates, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of cook experience in hospitality or healthcare.
• Serve Safe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Assist with supervision of culinary staff and coordination with directors.
• Prepare and execute dining enhancement programs.
• Maintain kitchen and food storage areas clean, safe and sanitary.
• Open and/or close the kitchen and follow cleaning schedules.
• Observe food receiving, storage and preparation per standards and assist with events.
