Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking CNAs to support residents with daily living, safety, and wellbeing in a vibrant continuing care community in Loudoun County, VA.

You will assist with activities, implement personal care plans, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure timely, compassionate care, while respecting residents' preferences and dignity; opportunities for growth, wellness programs, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Administer medications to residents.
