Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Virginia is seeking a compassionate CNA to support residents’ daily living and health needs. You will assist with activities of daily living, implement care plans, and work closely with the clinical team to ensure timely care. A sign-on bonus is offered for full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state where you work.
• Current Medication Administration certification (per state requirements).
• Minimum 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans with focus on strengths and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.
• Administer medications to residents.
