Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Loudoun County, Virginia, is seeking dedicated CNAs to support residents’ daily living and participate in clinical support activities. You will assist with activities of daily living and work closely with the nursing team to follow personalized care plans.

We offer part-time and full-time roles with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and hourly wages ranging from $22 to $24.75, plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA certification for the state of Virginia.
• Must have current Medication Administration certification as required by state law.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans honoring their preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs in a timely manner.
• Administer medications to residents.
