Homestead Hills is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) / Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) to lead nutrition services for residents. You will plan meals with the RD and Executive Chef, supervise dining areas, monitor sanitation, and ensure accurate nutritional documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CDM designation by a recognized institution is required.
• Two years of relevant experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent the campus with residents and staff, promoting safety and well‑being.
• Coordinate meal planning with the RD and Executive Chef for menus and postings.
• Oversee dining areas to maintain a Fine Dining approach for assisted living and family style for memory care.
• Assist with the resident snack program and sanitation schedules.
• Collaborate with care plan teams on nutrition needs and diet orders.
• Document nutritional assessments and monitor intake and weight reports.
