Wellmore of Tega Cay is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to administer and ensure nutritionally sound dining services in our senior living facility. You will collaborate with the Registered Dietitian and Executive Chef to plan meals, certify menus, and maintain high standards of care.

The role emphasizes supervising dining areas, overseeing sanitation, and supporting nutrition plans for residents across Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation required/recognized.
• Two years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Aufgaben

• Represents the campus in a positive manner and promotes resident and staff safety.
• Communicates with the RD and Executive Chef regarding meal planning for the Care Services Center.
• Coordinates with the RD for certification of menus and posting of Certified Menus.
• Oversees dining areas to ensure a Fine Dining approach for Assisted Living and appropriate dining for Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.
• Monitors food temperature, sanitation, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participates in care planning and nutrition-related QA activities.
