Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to join Willows Bend Senior Living in Fridley, MN. You will provide personal care and health-related services to residents, supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing as part of an experienced senior living team.

• Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal cares.
• Support with health-related services under RN direction (e.g., glucose monitoring).
• Administer medications or assist under RN supervision (including insulin injections).
• Perform laundry and help with meal service and dining room activities.
• Respond to emergencies and notify staff of changes in resident condition.
