Job summary

The Companion Care Scheduler at Sagewood, Acacia, and Life Care Services (LCS) supports the daily operations of the companion care program in our Phoenix communities. You will manage schedules, maintain client records, assist with billing, and coordinate caregivers and residents.

You may also provide direct care as needed. You will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver/Med Tech/CNA certificate required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Computer proficiency with basic software applications.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules meeting resident needs and quality of care.
• Fill open shifts promptly and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
• Assist with billing and maintain client records.
• Coordinate caregivers and residents, including on-call rotation.
• Provide direct care as a PRN caregiver when needed.
