Job summary

Sierra Del Sol Senior Living, part of Cascade Living Group, is seeking a Caregiver to build meaningful relationships with residents and support daily living activities. You’ll help develop personal care plans and adjust care levels as needed, with emphasis on compassionate, respectful interaction.

Responsibilities include establishing relationships, assisting with life skills, implementing care plans, coordinating with the clinical team, and demonstrating strong time management.

Qualifications

• Must have Arizona Department of Health Services Caregiver Certificate.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and activities per their profiles and routines.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Group.
