Job summary

Lake Ridge Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring a Scheduling Supervisor to join our team. This role manages caregiver schedules, coordinates training, assists with hiring, and ensures adequate staffing to meet resident needs on-site in Buffalo, MN.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in senior care environment or related health care field preferred.
• Able to demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, including ability to give directions to others in a manner that is pleasant and easily understood.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain caregiver schedules and schedule templates using applicable software.
• Schedule and coordinate new hire training.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring new staff.
• Willingness to work on-call over the weekend to schedule replacements for open shifts and when necessary, work as a caregiver to ensure adequate staffing.
• Assist with ordering of supplies.
• Serve as a leader and resource for staff, working closely with the Housing Director and DHS to ensure quality resident care, appropriate staffing levels, and effective facility operations.
