Sagewood, Acacia, and Life Care Services (LCS) are seeking a Companion Care Scheduler in the Phoenix area. You will manage scheduling, maintain resident records, assist with billing, and coordinate caregivers and residents. May provide direct care as a PRN Companion Caregiver when needed.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, teamwork, and compliance with HIPAA and resident rights. Prior care experience and computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Arizona caregiver, CNA or Med Tech certificate required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Document care and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules that meet resident needs and ensure coverage.
• Provide personal care support per resident Service Plans.
• Complete and submit required documentation in a timely manner.
• Orient residents and support caregiver training and supervision.
• Coordinate with other departments to support the care team.
