Job summary

Glen Park Senior Living in Monrovia, CA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Medication Technician to support residents in daily living activities and medication management. This in-person role provides essential care in an Assisted Living Facility with a PM shift and a $1000 hiring bonus.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with daily living tasks, scheduling appointments, documenting care, and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living care is preferred.
• Strong communication with residents and medical staff.
• Ability to document care and medication records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in compliance with regulations and physician instructions.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting).
• Order and track medications to ensure timely access.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with physicians and staff.
• Schedule and coordinate doctor appointments as needed.
• Support resident engagement and independence.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.
• Respond calmly and appropriately in emergencies.
