Job summary

Glen Park Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician Caregiver to join our team in Glendale, CA. You will administer medications and assist residents with basic needs in our RCFE setting, complying with Title 22 regulations and coordinating with medical staff.

This full-time role includes a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM morning shift (Tue–Sat), a $500 hiring bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Live Scan, TB test, and CPR/AED certification are required upon offer.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for 20+ residents in an 8-hour shift.
• Live Scan clearance, TB test, and CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of medication administration and Title 22 regulations.
• Strong communication with physicians and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic needs of residents in an RCFE setting.
• Provide ethical and respectful care to residents.
• Administer medication per Title 22 regulations.
• Order and reorder medications per physician instructions.
• Monitor MARs and report errors.
• Document and communicate with physicians and medical professionals.
• Schedule resident doctor visits.
• Support residents to stay stress-free and engaged.
• Maintain safety and composure during emergencies.
