Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support residents in a warm, home-like environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, observe health changes, administer medications under supervision, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and dignity for residents. CNA certification preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred; prior senior-care experience valued.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift; check on them regularly.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and changes in condition.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation of resident areas.
• Serve and collect meals; assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, guests, and team members.
• Perform resident laundry as assigned and needed.
• Assist with medications as described by the nurse or Health Care Coordinator.
