Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC is seeking compassionate Care Giver and Medication Tech staff for our Manitowoc, Wisconsin community. You will monitor residents, assist with daily living activities, document health changes, and ensure safety.

In addition, you may assist with medications under supervision, restock supplies, and support ongoing care plans. This role requires a CNA certification or related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work 18 years or older.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor their well-being.
• Observe, report and document residents' symptoms, conditions, and changes.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisors of increased care needs.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation of resident areas.
• Serve and collect food trays and assist with meals as needed.

Skills

CPR Certification preferred

First Aid Certification preferred

Experience with seniors preferred

Education

Certified Nurse’s Aid certification

High School diploma/GED

Must be 18 years of age
