CARE PARTNERS is seeking compassionate Care Partners to assist and support elders in daily living, health monitoring, and emotional well-being. You will engage residents in activities, help with meals, and communicate with families and staff to ensure a high level of care.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor health and document changes; report to Wellness Team.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage in social and recreational activities to support well-being.
• Communicate with residents, families, team members, and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and light housekeeping when appropriate.
