Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to join our community. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support, assist residents with daily living activities, and help monitor health and safety in a home-like environment.

The role includes medication assistance, keeping accurate records, and collaborating with nurses to ensure residents receive appropriate treatments. Experience with seniors is preferred, and CNA certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents during third shift.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with continence management and meal service while maintaining sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; promote safety and independence.
• Participate in activities of daily living and engage residents in life enrichment activities.
• Take and record vital signs and report concerns to nursing staff.
