Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. The role involves monitoring health, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring accurate medication handling under supervision.

Requirements include a High School diploma/GED, CNA preferred, 18+ years of age, CPR/First Aid preferred, and prior experience with seniors.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents during shifts.
• Observe and report symptoms, conditions, and changes in residents.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify Nurse/HC Coordinator as needed.
• Assist with continence management and meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation).
• Engage residents in life skills and activities; greet all customers and team members.
• Perform resident laundry as assigned.
