Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to support residents in California communities. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and support medication management in a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, documenting changes, responding to calls, and maintaining clean, organized spaces. Prior senior care experience and CNA/CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Giver: Acs3tively monitors a designated group of residents, checking on them throughout the shift.
• Observes and reports symptoms or changes in residents (skin, weight, appetite, activity).
• Responds to call bells promptly and notifies supervisor if care needs increase.
• Assists with continence management and sanitation of resident suites and restrooms.
• Serves meals, assists with feeding, and documents refusals or changes in appetite.
• Maintains cleanliness of residents' rooms and work areas; follows hygiene protocols.
