Job summary

Integral Senior Living in California is seeking a Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. The role includes monitoring health, assisting with daily living activities, and coordinating with the nursing team.

Applicants should have a CNA certification preferred, a High School diploma/GED, and be at least 18 years old. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred, and prior senior care experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Giver duties: provide hands-on care and support to residents.
• Observe, report and document changes in residents’ condition.
• Respond to resident call bells promptly and assist as needed.
• Assists with continence management and maintains sanitation.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.).
• Engage residents in life skills and activities.
