Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands-on care and emotional support for residents in a multi-level senior living community. You will observe residents, document changes, respond to calls, assist with meals and daily living activities, and help maintain clean, safe environments.

Qualified candidates may hold a CNA certification, with a high school diploma, and CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observe, report and document residents’ symptoms or changes in condition.
• Respond promptly to call bells and security system alerts.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation.
• Serve meals, monitor intake, and report refusals.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Encourage independence and dignified care, supporting daily living activities.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
• Assist with medications under supervision and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist in the care plan development and monthly updates.
