Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care/Medication Technician to join our Southern Pines community. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health signals, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

In this role, you will assist with medication-related duties under supervision while maintaining accurate records and communicating with the care team. A compassionate approach and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated group of residents during the shift and monitor wellbeing.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and condition changes.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor if increased care needs.
• Assist with continence management and hygiene.
• Assist with activities of daily living and life enrichment activities.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, guests and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
