Peregrine Senior Living in Delmar, NY is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to support medication management, physician collaboration, and staff training. The role focuses on compliance, documentation, and day-to-day supervision of resident care staff.

You will liaise with the PSL framework, supervise scheduling, and participate in staff recruitment while ensuring quality senior care. LPN welcome but not required; diverse experience in senior living is valued.

Qualifikationen

• LPN welcomed but not required.
• Bachelor’s in human services with 1 year full‑time experience or
• Associate degree with 3 years in a related field or
• High school diploma with 5 years related experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee medication management program with audits for QA and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians to maintain accurate medication orders.
• Support training and orientation for care staff to ensure best practices.
• Ensure adherence to policies and thorough documentation.
• Supervise and schedule resident care staff per PSL policies and standards.
• Recruit, screen, and interview staff while covering shortages.
• Administer medications as allowed by state guidelines when required.
