Sinceri Senior Living is seeking an activities-focused role to enrich resident life at our Wisconsin community. You will assist in planning and delivering engaging programs for seniors, coordinating with the Resident Experience Director and staff, and helping with events and outings.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, good communication, and a positive, energetic attitude. The position offers weekend shifts and opportunities for growth within our team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in social or recreational programs in healthcare preferred.
• Experience planning activities for elderly residents and coordinating programs.
• Strong verbal communication and pleasant, clear directions.
• Ability to engage residents and rally staff support for activities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RED in planning activities to support residents’ quality of life.
• Follow the daily calendar and create a social, active environment.
• Maintain updated social history and Life Profile of residents.
• Support health and wellness activities under the RED program.
• Meet new residents and families to explain activity programs.
• Keep inventory of supplies and submit monthly needs to RED.
• Set up/break down events and assist with community outings as needed.
• And other duties assigned by supervisor.
