You will supervise Care Partners and Med Techs, ensuring safe medication administration and comprehensive wellness delivery under the direction of the Executive Director.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, training, interviewing care staff, and maintaining Elders Growth and Wellness Plans, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Experience as Care Partner or Medication Tech preferred.
