Qualifications

Experience in senior residential services, healthcare or customer service preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to assist with activities of daily living and grooming tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living to meet physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs.
Assist with grooming, dressing, bathing, and toileting as needed.
Support resident activities for socialization, exercise, relaxation and fulfillment.
Participate in family conferences as needed.
Potential housekeeping shifts.
Communicate residents' status and current needs and report concerns.
Provide customer service to residents and visitors.
