Qualifications

• Compassionate, respectful approach to resident care.
• Clear communication with residents, families, and teammates.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a care setting.
• Reliable and punctual, with a patient demeanor.
• Prior caregiving or senior living experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care based on individualized resident plans.
• Respond to emergency call systems and resident needs promptly.
• Assist with meals, dining room setup, and cleanup.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment for residents.
• Support social and recreational activities and encourage participation.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or health status.
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, snacks, and beverages as needed.
